Dapo Omolade is a qualified Health, Safety & Environment Consultant with over twenty active and consistent years of experience in HSE Administration, Operations, Training and Consulting for clients in the Oil and Gas, Construction, Power
and Energy, Manufacturing, Ports, Banking and Allied Industries.

The scope of his competencies include – Training, Inspections, Audits and Certifications in Management Systems, Construction and Project
management, Dangerous Goods Management, Emergency Response Management, and many others. He is also an Assessor & Verifier of Assessments in the field of HSE.

He holds an MSc degree in safety and environmental management, professional certificate in Industrial Hygiene from Columbia Southern University USA, and also an alumnus of Harvard School of Public Health (USA) and London School of Business Finance (MBA) UK, Lagos Business School (LBS) and a certified project manager from PMI (USA).

Dapo is presently the CEO and Lead Faculty Instructor of Hybrid Group Limited, a training and consulting  firm offering services in dangerous goods management, HSE and project management to varying sectors of the economy. The consulting firm is also an approved and accredited training centre for NEBOSH, IOSH, BSC, AOSH, Highfield (all UK) & PMI (USA) which operates across Nigeria, Ghana and UK.

Professionally, Dapo is currently the National Chair of IOSH Nigeria Network, National Coordinator of Safety Advocates & Empowerment Foundation, Lagos Zonal Coordinator of Oil & Gas Trainers Association, Consultant Lagos State Safety Commission, and recently been appointed as one of the Patrons in Association for Health, Safety & Environmental Awareness International.

Dapo is also involved in human capital and capacity building in safety profession. He organises and speaks at seminars, workshops and other programs in order to create safety awareness and mentor the younger ones in the field, to make them not only self-sufficient but also ignite positive safety culture in the larger society.

Wola Joseph is the pioneer Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary at Eko Electricity Distribution Plc (EKEDP).

Wola has also worked with Banwo & Ighodalo, a leading Corporate and Commercial law firm, as a Legal Associate and later with Lagoon Home Savings and Loans as its Company Secretary/ Legal Adviser.

She holds a law degree from the prestigious and reputable University of Ibadan, one of Africa’s oldest universities and an LLM (specialising in International Finance) from the renowned Harvard Law School, Massachusetts, U.S.A.

Wola has obtained certifications in Financing and Documenting Power Projects, Fraud Risk Assessment, Investigation and Case Management as organised by FICO Tonbeller, Germany. She was ranked 11th out of the top 50 General Counsels in Nigeria by the 2019 edition of LKS Seminars’ Legal Year 2019 Magazine.

Wola is also a member of various International Professional Organizations which include the American Bar Association, Nigerian Lawyers Association, USA, Harvard African Law Association, Harvard Women’s Lawyers’ Association and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK.

About Her Career

Wola’s has well over a decade of very extensive experience in full and active legal practice spanning both Nigerian and international corporate law and finance.

In addition to the numerous workplace and industry awards she has garnered over the course of her career, Wola is a fellow of the Institute of Credit Administrators (ICA) and a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD). She is an active member of the Board of Trustees for the Jimi Tewe Foundation and a member of the Advisory Board of Newswire Law & Events Magazine. 

She is also an International Finance Corporation (World Bank) Board Evaluation Certified Professional and Corporate Governance Trainer.

Most importantly, as it concerns our organization, A-HSEAI, Wola is the Matron and backbone of this wonderful organization. Her support and encouragement to the president of A-HSEAI, Mr. Edidiong Ekanem, has beyond measure, fueled his zeal to move the organization to an impeccable height of attainment within a very short period of time under her mentorship and guidance.

PACRED Mission: To educate residents and stakeholders within their local communities on the importance of disaster awareness and preparedness by ensuring emergency planning, training and resources are available and accessible to everyone regardless of age, gender, race, religion or affluence.


Locally, nationally and internationally, Andrew champions the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction alongside the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals via the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) as a Member since 2014 in his capacity as President of the Five Points Youth Foundation and Founder/Chairperson of its Ad Hoc International Advisory Board of Goodwill Ambassadors (AHAIBGA). He recently “syndicated” AHIABGA as Chairperson of the SAGA Foundation’s International Advisory Board, with a June 23, 2020 grand opening in Lagos, Nigeria by CEO Shola Agboola. Inauguration of HSEAI

The grand opening ceremony of the Association for Health, Safety and Environmental Awareness International held on the 7th of September 2019 was a stoning event that drew the attention of the Ministry of Environment and Petroleum Resources in Akwa Ibom State.

It was well graced and honored by men of high dignity as the initiative is the first and only of its kind in the state.
