Our International Advisory Board consists of esteemed scholars in their field of disciplines. The role of the Advisory Board is very important to us as they provide invaluable feedback and guidance to the Top Management Executives of the Association saddled with the responsibility to also advise as well as provide expertise and technical know- how to grey issues/areas within the Association.

Prince Andrew Williams Jr. (Chairperson)

On August 1, 2020 HRM Eze Dr. Amb. Chukwudi Thenetu, Eze Ndigbo Ghana (King of the Igbo People of Ghana) and the Council of Chiefs and Elders Inducted Prince Andrew Williams Jr. of the Obi Eziokwu Palace Ghana with a mission to uplift and promote the Kingdom throughout Ghana, Africa and the world. In honor of Monarchy of Yaya Ola Eze Ghana, HRM Uba Iwunwa Goodwill Ambassador, Sovereign Queen and Diplomat who orchestrated the induction, he is humbled and honored to also uplift the Yaya Monarchy throughout Ghana, Africa and the world.

Prince Andrew Williams Jr. lives a life dedicated to delivering globally sourced regenerative solutions localizing sustainable development goals that progress social equity outcomes for people, the ecology and the planet, to “leave no one behind”. Barr. Wola Joseph (Grand Matron/Secretary)

Wola Joseph is the pioneer Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary at Eko Electricity Distribution Plc (EKEDP).

Wola has also worked with Banwo & Ighodalo, a leading Corporate and Commercial law firm, as a Legal Associate and later with Lagoon Home Savings and Loans as its Company Secretary/ Legal Adviser.

She holds a law degree from the prestigious and reputable University of Ibadan, one of Africa’s oldest universities and an LLM (specialising in International Finance) from the renowned Harvard Law School, Massachusetts, U.S.A.

Wola has obtained certifications in Financing and Documenting Power Projects, Fraud Risk Assessment, Investigation and Case Management as organised by FICO Tonbeller, Germany. She was ranked 11th out of the top 50 General Counsels in Nigeria by the 2019 edition of LKS Seminars’ Legal Year 2019 Magazine.

Wola is also a member of various International Professional Organizations which include the American Bar Association, Nigerian Lawyers Association, USA, Harvard African Law Association, Harvard Women’s Lawyers’ Association and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK.

About Her Career

Wola’s has well over a decade of very extensive experience in full and active legal practice spanning both Nigerian and international corporate law and finance.

In addition to the numerous workplace and industry awards she has garnered over the course of her career, Wola is a fellow of the Institute of Credit Administrators (ICA) and a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD). She is an active member of the Board of Trustees for the Jimi Tewe Foundation and a member of the Advisory Board of Newswire Law & Events Magazine. 

She is also an International Finance Corporation (World Bank) Board Evaluation Certified Professional and Corporate Governance Trainer.

Most importantly, as it concerns our organization, A-HSEAI, Wola is the Matron and backbone of this wonderful organization. Her support and encouragement to the president of A-HSEAI, Mr. Edidiong Ekanem, has beyond measure, fueled his zeal to move the organization to an impeccable height of attainment within a very short period of time under her mentorship and guidance

Mr. Wesley Chenoweth (Member)

Wesley Oscar Chenoweth, Jr. is a native of Liberia, West Africa, and came to the United States with his family at the age of four (4) to escape a brutal civil war. Mr. Chenoweth grew up in Queens, NY and graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University in 1997. Mr. Chenoweth worked as a construction manager for major outfits such as Turner Construction, the company that gave him a scholarship to go to college (Turner Construction Youth Force 2000 Scholarship).

Mr. Chenoweth contributed to the building of multi-million dollar engineering and construction projects such as the Arthur Ashe Tennis Stadium, in Queens, NY, the Newark Airport Global Gateway project in Newark NJ, the Port Authority of NY & NJ Goethals Bridge project in Linden, NJ and the Howland Hook Marine Terminal, in Staten Island, NJ. In 2006, Mr. Chenoweth’s engineering career came to a screaming halt after the passing of his father, a Methodist Minister, humanitarian and leader of his community in Queens, NY. Mr. Chenoweth decided to leave his job to help his siblings continue his dad’s legacy and to run the family business, a large nonprofit community center. It was there his entrepreneurial and humanitarian career began.

Mr. Chenoweth is now owner of two businesses in Athens, GA where he currently resides, serves on multiple non-profit boards, mentors up and coming entrepreneurs and is a leader in his community. Mr. Chenoweth’s business ventures include:  Grizzly Delivery, LLC – a passenger transportation and courier delivery company in Athens, GA.

  • In February, 2020, Grizzly Delivery won the Micro-Business of the Year Award by Goodwill of NE Georgia. Mr. Chenoweth’s goals for this company are to become a government contractor and obtain all minority certifications in order to conduct local and federal transportation contracts in the US. His future plans to scale Grizzly Delivery are to add on Medical Drone transportation services and expand the business to West Africa. Grizzly Grafix, LLC – a graphic design and website design agency providing services to small businesses, nonprofits, and groups including the design of responsive websites, mobile websites, social media design and maintenance, logo design, flyers & brochure design, t-shirt design and ecommerce store builds and maintenance. Mr. Chenoweth plans to scale this business by adding website and app development as well as cyber security with a concentrate on emerging markets in Africa.

Princess Tshepi Motloung (Member)

She is the Managing Director of Naledi Ya Tshepi ( Pty) Ltd. Founding Dir. FutureLift Johannesburg, Gauteng,  she is the chairperson, Aido Network SA Chapter.
 
Tshepi is the MD of Naledi Ya Tshepi (Pty) Ltd – Business Consultancy. Tshepi has the passion for Socio economic development of marginalised communities. She founded FutureLift Foundation non-profit making company that focuses on Community Development projects. Prior to her following her passion, she had spent 28 years in the Corporate environment. The majority of roles she occupied were in Management positions.
 
She is currently holding leadership roles in few Non- Profit making organisations in South Africa.  She holds BA Honours degree in Organisational Communications  from UNISA. A certificate in Thought Leadership in African Context from Thabo Mbheki African Leadership Institute -TMALI.
She is currently involved in projects that promote Community Development through Culture and Heritage. Through her home clan of Batlokoa, some of her roles involve establishing partnerships with other Cultural kingdoms in the fulfillment of Development goals.
